On arrival at the Victorian Vicarage, we will ensure that you are comfortably seated for registration. Please let us know of any requirements you have. We are happy to offer a familiarisation tour of the Vicarage and explain our health and safety procedures.
The Parlour and Dining Room are on the ground floor with a single shallow step into the hallway. The doorways are tall and wide and there is a choice of chairs to suit different seating requirements.
The Croquet lawn is level and accessible up a shallow short shallow slope. Regrettably, we are unable to provide a ground floor room so you will need to be able to climb a turning staircase to reach a bedroom. The stair case is wide with shallow steps. In total there are 21 steps. We can help with luggage and there is level parking directly outside the front door for ease of access.
Daisy has a walk in shower with support rail and a shower seat and toilet seat raiser can be requested at the time of booking. The bed can either be configurated to a twin or a super king.
Please advise us of any dietary requirements in advance so we can endeavour to fulfil your needs.
Anti - allergy duvets and pillows are provided. Alternatively, sheets and blankets available if requested at the time of booking.
We can provide large print menus and information, vibrating alarm clocks, contrasting coloured towels and crockery, clipboard and pen and subtitles on the television set.
Assistance dogs are welcome and an area of the garden available for them to run in.
We can also offer suggested spots for you to visit so you can enjoy the wonders of the moor.
